As part of our expansion into New Zealand we are actively seeking to appoint naturally assertive outbound sales executives in our New Plymouth office to sell OUR B2B subscription service over the telephone.
The role offers a salary base and highly competitive and achievable monthly commission structure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven sales person that is looking for a company that can provide a solid product and support for them to sell to the market.
Previous experience in B2B sales in tender notification, advertising (classified/directory) roles, insurance, gym memberships or similar subscription-based B2B telephone selling experience would be an advantage.
Industry experience will be highly rewarded.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
• Demonstrated experience in sales and meeting/exceeding targets
• Have a competitive and determined approach
• Have assertive closing skills and not be afraid to ask for the order
• KPI driven with a hunter approach and an engaging and confident personality
• A self-starter with a strategic approach to researching, generating leads, cold-calling and following sales processes
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills with the ability to identify and discuss new opportunities with managers and business owners
• Good administrative skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, email and CRM software
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, No weekend work required.
