5. WE DO NOT CONDUCT KEY WORD SEARCHES FOR TENDERS

We search for tenders not words. Key word searching is a "micro" approach that cannot be relied on. Consider the key word "rehabilitation" which can mean both human rehabilitation (health industry) and building/road rehabilitation (civil construction). Furthermore, key word searching is unproductive and may miss opportunities if there are spelling errors or if different terminology is used. Our skilled in-house research team ensures you receive a complete analysis of relevant opportunities matched to your industry capabilities.

Our error processing procedure ensures you will never miss a bulletin. If your email server is down, we fax the bulletin and telephone you to ascertain or confirm the problem. If your fax machine is down, we also call you and mail the bulletin.

10. EDITING AND CUSTOMISATION

We include full details and relevant contacts. Our notifications are succinct without replication. If the same tender appears more than once in the same source or if it appears in a variety of sources, we only publish it once (except where original details have been altered). This prevents irrelevant information from clogging up your desktop. We are not an "electronic courier".
